大豆分子设计育种研究进展与展望

Progress and Perspective of Soybean Molecular Design Breeding Research

  • 摘要: 作物分子设计育种技术目前已经显示出比其他育种手段更为突出的优越性,成为今后作物育种技术的发展方向。大豆基因组学研究的快速进展和转基因技术的革新,为大豆分子设计育种技术发展提供了良好的基础,建立以系统生物学为基础的基因型-表现型育种模型成为今后大豆分子设计育种的巨大挑战。大豆育种工作将处于常规育种技术向分子标记辅助育种技术、转基因育种技术以及分子设计育种技术逐步升级的过程中,分子设计育种在大豆育种实践中会起到越来越重要的作用。

     

    Abstract: Crop molecular design breeding has shown more advantages over other breeding methods,and is becoming the mainstream of crop breeding technology for the future.The rapid progress of soybean genomics and transgenic technology provides a solid foundation for soybean molecular design breeding.The challenge of soybean molecular design breeding in the future lies in developing the genotype-phenotype breeding models at system biology level.Soybean breeding work will remain for quite a long transition period from traditional breeding to marker-assisted breeding,transgenic breeding,and then to molecular design breeding while the molecular design breeding will play more and more important roles in soybean breeding.
