不同密度与整枝方式对河西走廊灌漠土温室彩椒光合特性及产量的影响

Effect of Different Density and Triming on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Yield of Greenhouse Color Pepper in Irrigated Desert Soil of Hexi Corridor

  • 摘要: 采用裂区试验设计,研究了不同密度(W1:5.00×104株·hm-2、W2:4.04×104株·hm-2;W3:3.33×104株·hm-2)与整枝方式(F1:双杆;F2:三杆;F3:四杆)对河西走廊灌漠土日光温室彩椒果期叶片光合特性和产量的影响。结果显示:采用4.04×104株·hm-2(W2)、三杆整枝(F2)的密度与整枝组合(W2F2),其交互作用对彩椒光合特性和单位产量的影响达极显著水平,彩椒叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度值最高分别为25.9 μmolCO2·m-2·s-1、5.7 mmol·m-2·s-1、295 mmolH2O·m-2·s-1和246 ul·L-1,产量最高可达为11.2 kg·m-2。各处理间对植株净光合速率影响的顺序为:W2F2>W3F2>W1F2>W3F1>W2F1>W1F1>W3F3>W2F3>W1F3。各处理对产量高低的影响顺序分别为W2F2>W1F2>W3F2>W1F1>W1F3>W2F1>W3F3>W3F1>W2F3;不同处理间光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)和PSII活性(Fv/Fo)变化的趋势基本相同,其比值的变化规律为:W2F2>W3F2>W1F2>W3F1>W2F1>W1F1>W3F3>W2F3>W1F3;同时处理W2F2的彩椒植株叶片的实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)和非光化学猝灭系数(qN)值最高,光抑制程度最低,处理W1F3的F'v/F'm值和光抑制程度最高。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate different density (W1:5.00×104 plant·hm-2,W2:4.04×104 plant·hm-2;W3:3.33×104 plant·hm-2) and pruning (F1:Double rod;F2:three bar;F3:four bar) effects on growth and yield of color pepper in Hexi corridor,photosynthetic characteristics during fruit period and yield of color pepper were studied using split plot experiment design in this paper.The results showed that net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomata conductance and intercellular CO2 of color pepper leaf was 25.9 μmolCO2·m-2·s-1,5.7 mmol·m-2·s-1,295 mmolH2O·m-2·s-1 and 246 ul·L-1 respectively.The highest yield of 11.2 kg·m-2 was obtained with 4.04×104 plant·hm-2 (W2) and three pole pruning (F2).Color pepper yield also had extremely significant level with W2F2 density combined with pruning.The leaf photosynthetic rate changed in the order of W2F2,W3F2,W1F2,W3F1,W2F1,W1F1,W3F3,W2F3 and W1F3 respectively,while the yield from more to less in proper order of W2F2,W1F2 ,W3F2,W1F1,W1F3 ,W2F1,W3F3,W3F1,W2F3 respectively.Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo of color pepper leaf had a similar change trend.The ratio of Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo from large to small in proper order was W2F2,W3F2,W1F2,W3F1,W2F1,W1F1,W3F3,W2F3 and W1F3 respectively.The actual photochemical efficiency (ΦPSⅡ),coefficient of photochemical quenching(qP) and photochemical quenching coefficient(qN) were highest and light inhibition was the lowest with treatment W2F2.Photochemical quantum yield (F'v/F'm) value was highest with greatest inhibition with treatment W1F3.
