大豆microRNA研究进展

Research Progress of MicroRNA in Soybean

  • 摘要: MicroRNA(miRNA)是长度为20~25核苷酸的非编码RNA,在真核细胞内通过定向降解靶基因mRNA、抑制其翻译及转录后水平抑制等方式来调控靶基因的表达。鉴于高通量测序技术和生物信息学的迅猛发展,大豆miRNA的鉴定及功能研究方面取得了长足的进步。文章简述了大豆miRNA在基因组层面、共生固氮、生长发育及开花和生物胁迫与非生物胁迫等生物学过程的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: MicroRNAs(miRNA)are 20~25 nucleotides small non-coding RNA molecules.miRNAs exert their functions by gene silencing either via mRNA degradation or preventing mRNA from being translated or by post-transcription.With the rapid advance in next generation sequencing technology and bioinformatics,abundant miRNAs have been identified,some of which have been functionally analyzed.Here,we review the research progress at genome level as well as in different biological processes,e.g.rhizobia symbiosis,grow development and flowering,biotic and abiotic stress.
