黑龙江省大庆市大棚蔬菜根结线虫种类和小种的鉴定

Identification of Species and Races of Root-knot Nematodes in Greenhouse from Daqing City in Heilongjiang Province

  • 摘要: 为明确黑龙江省大庆市棚室内蔬菜上根结线虫的种类和小种,研究采用PCR技术鉴定线虫的种类和鉴别寄主法确定南方根结线虫的小种。结果表明,大庆市棚室内番茄和黄瓜上根结线虫仅为南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita),并且是1号小种,未发现其他种的根结线虫。

     

    Abstract: To identify species and races of root-knot nematodes isolated from tomato and cucumber plants in the greenhouse of Daqing District,Heilongjing Province,PCR technology and differential host test were used. The results indicated that the root-knot nematode was only southern root-knot nematodes Meloidogyne incognita,and its race 1.
