不同茬口无土栽培基质水浸液对西葫芦幼苗生长及光合特性的影响

Effects of Water Extracts from Different Soilless Cultivation Media on Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Pumpkin Seedlings

  • 摘要: 文章研究不同茬口的无土栽培基质水浸液对作物生长的影响,旨为无土栽培基质循环利用提供依据。通过分析无土栽培迎茬基质水浸液(Y1)、连茬2 a基质水浸液(Y2)、连茬3a基质水浸液(Y3)和蒸馏水(CK)处理下西葫芦幼苗生长和生理参数的变化特征,探讨了不同茬口无土栽培基质水浸液对西葫芦幼苗生长和光合特性的影响。结果表明:与CK相比Y1处理西葫芦幼苗的株高、地上部鲜/干重、地下部鲜/干重、根冠干重比、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素(a+b)、叶绿素a/b、气孔导度(Gs)、净光合速率(Pn)、瞬时水分利用效率(WUE)、瞬时羧化效率(CE)和瞬时光能利用率(LUE)等都明显增加;Y2和Y3处理西葫芦幼苗的地上部鲜/干重、地下部干重、叶绿素a/b,蒸腾速率(Tr),Gs和细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)等明显降低;Y3处理西葫芦幼苗的根冠干重、Pn、CE和LUE依次降低了33.3%、20.9%、11.1%和16.6%,且不同茬口间处理差异达显著水平(p<0.05)。由此可见,连茬3 a后无土栽培基质可抑制西葫芦幼苗生长,并能降低其叶片的光合生理特性。

     

    Abstract: The examination of the water extracts effects from difffernt soilless cultivation media on crop growth could provide guidelines for recycling the use of soilless cultivation media.The growth and physiological parameters of pumpkin seedlings from water extracts of soilless cultivation media were analyzed and discussed.The soilless media included alternate cropping (Y1),2-year continuous cropping (Y2),3-year continuous cropping (Y3),and distilled water was designed as (CK) treatment.Compared with CK treatment,pumpkin seedlings with Y1 treatment showed a significant increase in all following parameters,they were plant height,fresh and dry weight of aboveground plant,fresh and dry weight of underground plant,dry weight of plant root-shoot ratio,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll (a+b),chlorophyll a/b,stomatalconductance (Gs),netphotosynthetic rate (Pn),instantaneous water use efficiency (WUE),instantaneous carboxylation efficiency (CE) and instantaneous light energy utilization(LUE).However,pumpkin seedlings with Y2 and Y3 treatments showed a decrease in fresh and dry weight of aboveground plant,fresh and dry weight of underground plant,dry weight of plant root-shoot ratio,chlorophyll a/b,Tr,Gs and Ci.Moreover,pumpkin seedlings with Y3 treatment showed a significant decreased(p<0.05) plant root-shoot dry weight ratio by 33.3%,Pn by 20.9%,CE by 11.1% of and LUE by 16.6%,respectively.Y3 teatment could negatively affect seedling growth index and photosynthetic parameters to pumpkin seedlings.
