大豆光能高效利用的分子调控机制研究进展
Progress on Molecular Regulation Mechanism of High Light Use Efficiency in Soybean

摘要: 光合作用是影响作物产量的重要因素,长期以来国内外科学家通过高光效育种对大豆产量的提高起到了重大的促进作用。近年来,随着植物光合分子生物学研究和基因工程技术的发展,有关大豆光合作用分子机制和光能利用效率分子调控的研究取得了很多进展。本文总结了大豆光合作用相关的基因,综述了调控光能利用效率相关因子的研究进展,以期为大豆高光效分子设计育种提供理论指导。Abstract: Photosynthesis is a major factor affecting crop yield, and the high light use efficiency breeding strategy has played an important role in soybean yield improvement for decades. With the rapid progress of plant molecular biology and biotechnology in recent years, many significant achievements have been made in the study of the molecular mechanism of photosynthesis and the regulation of the light use efficiency in soybean. This paper characterizes and summarizes the genes related to photosynthesis in soybean, and reviews the research progress on the studies related to the regulation of light use efficiency of soybean. It provides some clues for the high light use efficiency breeding by molecular design in soybean.
