补播苜蓿对呼伦贝尔天然草地生态系统的影响

Effect of reseeding alfalfa on natural grassland ecosystem in Hulun Buir

  • 摘要: 为探索北方天然草地补播紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)的适宜品种、时间和方法及补播效果,本研究在呼伦贝尔天然草地进行了苜蓿补播处理试验,初步探索了补播苜蓿对群落生物量、物种丰富度和土壤中速效氮(N)、磷(P)含量的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,苜蓿补播当年的群落生物量、物种丰富度和土壤中的速效N和速效P含量增加,但均未达到显著性差异。第1次补播(5月中旬)的群落生物量、物种丰富度、土壤中速效N和速效P的含量明显高于第2次补播(6月中旬),补播时间对群落生物量的影响显著(P<0.05)。撒播处理的群落生物量、物种丰富度、土壤中速效N和速效P的含量均高于条播处理的,补播方法对土壤中速效P含量的影响显著(P<0.05)。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the suitable variety,timing,methods and the effects of reseeding alfalfa(Medicago sativa) in the natural grassland in northern China,we conducted an experiment about alfalfa reseeding treatments in the Hulun Buir natural grassland and studied the effects of reseeding alfalfa on the community biomass,species richness and the available N and P content in the soil.The results showed that the community biomass,species richness and the content of available N and P in the soil increased in the year of reseeding alfalfa,but there was no significant differences compared with the control.The first time reseeding (in the middle of May) was better than the second time reseeding (in the middle of June) on the community biomass,species richness and the content of available N and P in the soil.The effect of reseeding time on the community biomass was significant (P<0.05).The broadcast sowing was better than the row seeding treatment in the community biomass,species richness,the available N and P content in the soil.The effect of reseeding method on the available P content in the soil was significant (P<0.05).
