玉米叶夹角形成的分子调控机理研究

Molecular regulation mechanism of leaf angle formation in maize

  • 摘要: 玉米叶夹角是影响高密度种植的一个重要性状,与株型及产量高度相关,是玉米非常重要的农艺性状之一。本文总结了近年来调控玉米叶夹角形成及发育相关QTLs/基因,综述了调控叶夹角形成的分子调控机制。国内外的研究表明,对控制叶夹角关键QTLs/基因的研究不仅为选育耐密理想株型的辅助选择提供有效的分子标记,还为通过提高群体光合效率而增加产量的分子育种提供了重要的基因资源。

     

    Abstract: Maize(Zea mays L.) leaf angle,highly correlated with the corn architecture and yield,is one of the most important agronomic traits affecting high-density planting.This article summarized the findings of QTLs/genes related to the regulation of maize leaf angle formation in recent years,and reviewed the molecular regulation mechanism of maize leaf angle formation.The current results showed that studying the key QTLs/ genes controlling the leaf angle provided not only effective markers for molecular marker-assisted selection of density-resistant ideal plant type in maize,but also important genetic resources for corn higher yield molecular breeding through improving the population photosynthetic efficiency.
