Theory and practice of Indian bunding technology: contour bunds

  • 摘要: 地埂是相比于梯田建造成本更低,作业更简单的防止水土流失的工程措施。地埂技术大范围、大规模的应用主要集中在非洲、印度和中国。与中国、非洲相比,印度在地埂技术设计原理、实践应用方面做了更多的工作。通过对文献资料、视频讲座及网页宣传资料等的整理,本文详细介绍了印度的地埂技术应用现状和设计原理,重点阐述了等高地埂垂直/水平间距、地埂埂高和截面积等重要参数的计算,实例分析了田间施工操作,以期对中国今后在地埂技术的设计、推广应用方面有所启发和推动。

     

    Abstract: Field bunds are structural measures with low construction cost and simple operation to prevent soil erosion compared with terraces.The wide range and large-scale application of bund technologies are mainly concentrated in Africa,India and China.Compared with China and Africa,India has done more work both in design principle and practical application.Through sorting out the scientific literature,lectures videos and webpage contents,this paper introduces in detail the present situation of Indian contour bund technology application and the design principle,expounds the calculation of key parameters such as vertical/horizontal spacing,bund height,and cross-section area of contour bund,analyzes the field operation,so as to inspire and promote the design,extension and application of the bund technology in China in the future.
