褐煤基有机肥与秸秆联施对土壤肥力及油葵生长的影响

Effects of lignite based organic fertilizer combining straw application on soil fertility and oil sunflower growth

    本研究以油葵为材料,通过田间小区试验,探究玉米秸秆分别与尿素、褐煤基有机肥联施调控碳氮比还田后对土壤肥力及油葵生长的影响。结果表明:与单施玉米秸秆(CK)相比,玉米秸秆+尿素(T1)、玉米秸秆+褐煤基有机肥(T2)显著提高了土壤氮、磷、钾含量,其中现蕾期氮含量分别提高了13.3%和5.6%,钾含量均提高了10.0%,T1、T2在现蕾期和收获期的磷含量分别提高了10.5%和12.4%,另外,T1、T2收获期土壤有机碳含量显著提高15.0%和31.0%;土壤微量元素中硼含量显著增加,而显著降低锌、铁含量;重金属含量中,T2显著降低了砷、镉含量,而T1、T2铅含量均显著提高,可能与微生物活动有关;油葵生物学性状中,株高分别显著提高了9.2%和13.8%,根鲜重分别显著增加了21.2%和17.0%,产量分别显著提高了12.1%和17.4%。由此可见,玉米秸秆调控碳氮比后施用能提高土壤肥力并促进油葵生长,并且配施褐煤基有机肥效果优于尿素。

     

    Abstract:

    In this field experiment, we planted oil sunflower to explore the effects of straw combined with urea and lignite based organic fertilizer on soil fertility and the growth of oil sunflower.The results showed that: compared with single application of corn stalk (CK), corn stalk+urea (T1) and corn stalk + lignite organic fertilizer (T2) significantly increased the contents of soil nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.At squaring stage, the nitrogen contents of T1 and T2 increased by 13.3% and 5.6%, and the potassium content both increased by 10.0%, respectively.The phosphorus contents of T1 and T2 increased by 10.5% and 12.4% during the squaring and the harvest stages, respectively.In addition, the effects of T1 and T2 on soil organic carbon content significantly increased by 15.0% and 31.0% at the harvest period, respectively.As for soil trace elements, the content of boron significantly increased, while the contents of zinc and iron significantly reduced; As for heavy metals, T2 significantly reduced the contents of arsenic and cadmium, while T1 and T2 significantly increased the contents of lead, which would be related to microbial activities.As for the biological characteristics of oil sunflower, the plant height significantly increased by 9.2% and 13.8%, the root fresh weight significantly increased by 21.2% and 17.0%, and the yield significantly increased by 12.1% and 17.4%, respectively.After controlling C/N ratio, corn stalk application would improve soil fertility and promote the growth of oil sunflower, with a better effect combining lignite based organic fertilizer than urea.
