Abstract:
In order to screen passivator materials with good effect and guide the safe production of potato, the effects of passivator combination on soil Cd and Cd absorption and accumulation in potato were studied by field experiment with randomized block. The results showed that: (1) under the combination of five passivators, soil pH value and organic matter content all increased, with a certain passivation effect on soil Cd; the combination of red mud+biochar+sepiolite (T4) had an significant effect, the soil pH value and the organic matter content increased by 25.5% and 34.6%, while the available Cd content decreased by 46.8%. (2) The combination of five passivators effectively reduced Cd content in potato roots, stems, leaves and tubers, and the transport coefficients of potato parts also decreased. As for T4 treatment, the transport coefficients of potato roots-tubers, roots-stems and stems-leaves significantly decreased by 91.7%, 33.8% and 33.3%, respectively. (3) The contents of N, P, K, Ca and Mg in potato tubers changed with different combination treatments, and the contents of N, P and K decreased by 4.86% − 16.0%, 10.9% − 32.6% and 2.08% − 10.0%, respectively. The contents of Ca and Mg with T4 treatment increased by 150% and 40.9% compared with CK, respectively. Therefore, the combination of red mud+biochar+sepiolite treatment has a better passivation effect.
