蓝靛果忍冬资源的研究现状与利用对策

Utilization status of germplasm resources, existing problems and countermeasures for Lonicera caerulea

  • 摘要: 蓝靛果忍冬因其耐低温、花青素含量高,果实可以鲜食或加工,叶片具有一定的保健作用,被作为"第三代水果",具有极好的发展前景;本文介绍了蓝靛果忍冬分类、生境、分布等情况;比较详细的评述了育种、栽培、加工的现状,重点分析了存在的问题,提出对策;并对产业化前景进行了简要阐述,旨在为蓝靛果忍冬资源的产业化发展提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: As a third generation fruit,Lonicera caerulea possesses broad development prospect,because it has the ability to resist low temperature and is rich in anthocyanin content.Besides,the fruit can be eaten raw or processed,and the leaf has certain healthy benefits as well.In this review,we introduced detailed information about Lonicera caerulea,including classification,habitat and distribution; The current situation of breeding,cultivation and processing are reviewed in detail; The existing problems are analyzed and countermeasures put forward; The prospect of industrialization is briefly described.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for the industrialization of Lonicera caerulea resources.
