Abstract:
To elucidate the problem of poor rice quality in large-scale cultivation of saline-sodic paddy field in the west of Songnen Plain of Northeast China,a field experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of different foliar fertilizers on rice quality in the early stage of rice seed setting.Based on the normal application of NPK fertilizer,six different treatments were set up in the field experiment including no foliar fertilizer as control treatment(CK),foliar fertilizer treatment with zinc and copper(ZC),foliar fertilizer treatment with magnesium(MG),microbial foliar fertilizer treatment(MF),MF-MG and MF-ZC combinations.The results showed that rice processing quality,nutrition quality and eating quality were significantly improved by five different foliar fertilizers spaying in the early stage of rice seed setting.Among them,the comprehensive performance of ZC and MG was better,MF treatment reduced the appearance quality of rice,the effects of MF-MG and MF-ZC combination treatments were slightly lower than ZC or Mg treatment alone.Generally,the effects of microelements combined with microbial agents on rice quality improvement is not ideal in the short term.Microelements regulation alone is an important measure to improve the quality of rice in saline-sodic paddy field.
