盐碱地水稻结实初期不同叶面肥喷施对稻米品质的影响

Effects of different foliar fertilizers application at early filling stage on rice quality in saline-sodic soil

  • 摘要: 针对我国东北松嫩平原西部苏打盐碱地大规模开垦种稻过程中稻米品质较差的实际问题,开展了水稻结实初期不同叶面肥喷施对稻米品质影响的田间试验研究。试验在正常氮磷钾肥料施用基础上,进行不施叶面肥对照(CK)、锌铜叶面肥调控(ZC)、镁素叶面肥调控(MG)、微生物叶面肥调控(MF)、微生物+镁素叶面肥调控(MF-MG)和微生物+锌铜叶面肥调控(MF-ZC)6种处理。结果表明,5种不同叶面肥喷施处理均显著提高了稻米加工、营养和食味品质,其中ZC和MG的综合表现较好,MF处理部分降低了稻米的外观品质,MF-MG和MF-ZC组合处理的效果略低于ZC或MG的单独处理。综合来看,盐碱地稻田短期内微量元素配合微生物菌剂调控稻米品质提升效果不理想,微量元素单独调控是提升盐碱地稻米品质的重要措施。

     

    Abstract: To elucidate the problem of poor rice quality in large-scale cultivation of saline-sodic paddy field in the west of Songnen Plain of Northeast China,a field experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of different foliar fertilizers on rice quality in the early stage of rice seed setting.Based on the normal application of NPK fertilizer,six different treatments were set up in the field experiment including no foliar fertilizer as control treatment(CK),foliar fertilizer treatment with zinc and copper(ZC),foliar fertilizer treatment with magnesium(MG),microbial foliar fertilizer treatment(MF),MF-MG and MF-ZC combinations.The results showed that rice processing quality,nutrition quality and eating quality were significantly improved by five different foliar fertilizers spaying in the early stage of rice seed setting.Among them,the comprehensive performance of ZC and MG was better,MF treatment reduced the appearance quality of rice,the effects of MF-MG and MF-ZC combination treatments were slightly lower than ZC or Mg treatment alone.Generally,the effects of microelements combined with microbial agents on rice quality improvement is not ideal in the short term.Microelements regulation alone is an important measure to improve the quality of rice in saline-sodic paddy field.
